Participation in the bidding process for suppliers is free of charge and is governed by ISAB regulations. ISAB has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject all submitted and proposed bids and may do so at any time. The proposal is evaluated from both the technical and economic sides. The participants in the bidding process decide to engage and prepare their bids solely at their own discretion and expense. ISAB is not responsible for any costs faced by participants during a bidding process, whatever the outcome of the bidding process. Please be informed, that ISAB cooperates only with Qualified Suppliers included in the «Vendor List». Before any contract awarding, each company has to positively complete the qualification process and register in Synertrade e-Procurement Platform, where tenders are performed.
